I'm sorry I haven't submitted any work lately. I AM SO FREAKIN' BUSY! I have swimming and homework and piano and flute all day! I have to study this week for a medieval test. How in the world am I supposed to remember who the King of the Franks was?! It's Clovis, sorry. We're heading to China in 2 weeks. We're going to the beach! And best of all, I have all day to draw. I just hope they have a scanner... Expect watercolor art and pastel art from me over December. I might get a few manga pics in, but I don't know...
What is the format of the picture you're trying to submit? The Photoshop format .psd isn't actually a picture format, which is why it's asking you for a preview image. Try using the "Save for Web and Devices" function in your Photoshop program and saving it as a .jpeg, .gif, or .png file.
Yeah, thanks. I got it on. Do you know how to actually draw on Photoshop? I scanned my pencil sketch onto it and then colored it; it doesn't really look nice and neat. do you have any tips?

It's hard to actually draw on a computer unless you have a tablet. However, you can make your pencil drawings look neat and clean by tracing over them with the pen tool. I'm sure you can find a tutorial or two if you search DA. I hope that helps!
Well, the pen tool is kinda hard. Does it also work if you enlarge it?

Enlarging tends to pixelate the lines, and actually sometimes makes it look worse. However, it's a good technique to use if you want to be messier. I always work really huge and shrink it down to 50-30% when I'm done.
